GK-Lab - KryoNet PRO Solvent Professional Use, High Evaporation Level, Non-Flammable, for A/C and Refrigeration Systems - 1 litre metal canister - 1,3 kg
Do you need to buy large quantities?
GK-Lab Solvent Professional Use, High Evaporation Level, Non-Flammable, for A/C and Refrigeration Systems KryoNet Pro - 1 litre metal canister - 1,3 kg
KryoNet Pro is the non-flammable washing fluid born of Kryon's experience.
With high degreasing power, it removes lubricant residue, moisture and oxide deposits.
Fast to evaporate KryoNet pro is a blend of balanced chlorinated and fluorinated molecules for maximum cleaning performance.
It is compatible with all materials in refrigeration and air conditioning systems, both metal and plastic.
Boiling point 39°C
Density 1.32 g/cm3
Marketed in both 1-litre and 5-litre liquid versions. And in a nitrogen-pressurised version in 1-litre, 13.6-litre and 40-litre cylinders.
The liquid version can be used with manual pumps or electric circulators.
The pressurised version, on the other hand, is used without any other equipment. It offers a practical 2-in-1 flushing and flushing service to speed up and simplify operation.
Important:
Do not flush the compressor unless absolutely necessary, and in this case make sure to change all the oil. Do not flush the valves unless otherwise indicated by the manufacturer
Always consult the product safety data sheet before use and wear protective clothing.
Use KryoNet PRO if possible with an ambient temperature between 15°C and 30°C.
Instructions when using liquid solvent, packaged in metal cans:
- Load the flushing unit or the storage tank provided
- Section the piping system into the components to be flushed, taking care to isolate the compressor
- Connect the flushing unit to the section of the piping to be flushed and start it up
- Run the flushing unit for 5 minutes
- Flush the flushed section of the system with pressurised nitrogen to push the solvent into a storage tank or canister
- Reassemble the piping system
- Vacuum the system to 1 mbar to remove all traces of solvent
- Pressurise with nitrogen to search for leaks
- Carry out a high vacuum up to 1 mbar to remove the last traces of solvent and any moisture
- Check if absolute pressure does not rise significantly
- Charge the refrigerant gas
Instructions when using solvent in cylinders pressurised with nitrogen
- Section the piping system into its components to be flushed, taking care to isolate the compressor
- Connect the flexible hose supplied to the cylinder with one end of the section of the system to be flushed; connect the other end of the section to be flushed with a suitable container to receive the solvent used
- Open the valve supplied with the cylinder containing the solvent, taking care to deliver the solvent into the section to be flushed at high speed
- Close the cylinder valve when the solvent comes out of the washed section clear (if the colour of the solvent is dark, the section to be washed is still dirty).
- Flush the flushed section of the system with pressurised nitrogen in such a way as to push the solvent remaining in the section into a storage tank or can. This operation must be carried out no later than 5 min after completion of the previous operation
- Reassemble the system
- Vacuum the system to 1 mbar to remove all traces of solvent
- Pressurise with nitrogen to search for leaks
- Carry out a high vacuum up to 1 mbar to remove the last traces of solvent and any moisture
- Check if absolute pressure does not rise significantly
- Charge the refrigerant gas
For large systems with siphons or marked differences in height, it is advisable to repeat the nitrogen vacuum operation several times to optimise evaporation of the flushing liquid.
Carry out all operations while wearing the appropriate PPE
