Kryon Free Kal is a powerful descaling agent for systems using secondary fluids such as glycols, water or salt solutions. It removes limescale, salt and mucilage deposits, restoring proper heat exchange. It is free of acids such as hydrochloric or hydrofluoric acid that can attack metals. Its new concentrated formula can be diluted up to 1:10 with line water, allowing even large systems to be flushed. A pH-sensitive additive makes it possible to highlight whether the process is finished or the system needs to be flushed again, ensuring that an optimal condition is achieved in a simple way. We recommend neutralising the product after flushing with a dilute solution of Kryon AlkyClean and checking that the rinse water is no longer acidic. After neutralisation, rinse thoroughly and charge the new refrigerant. Always consult the product's MSDS and wear protective clothing.

Instructions for use:

Drain the refrigerant and carry out an initial flushing of the system. Fill the system with FreeKal solution diluted up to 1:10 depending on the degree of fouling. Allow the solution to circulate for 5 minutes and observe the colouration. If the colour is unchanged, drain off the washing fluid and neutralise with a dilute solution of an alkaline cleaning agent such as Kryon AlkyClean. Then rinse thoroughly. If the colour has changed, it may be necessary to repeat the operation.
