HYGIENE SICURA is a disinfectant degreaser that ensures hygiene on all washable surfaces in the food industry.

HYGIENE SICURA formulation has been carefully designed and tested for the purpose of enabling the active agents therein to carry out their functions effectively, even under unfavorable physico-chemical environment conditions.

The chemical carriers added to the formulation protect against any aggressive chemicals, wood, enamel, porcelain, glass, stainless steel.

Formula based on benzalkonium chloride and non-ionic pH 11-12 Odorless.

HYGIENE SICURA covers a very broad spectrum of action, and was subjected to strict tests in Europe, with the following conclusions: HYGIENE SICURA in the presence of interfering substances, possesses bactericidal activity against Pseudomonas aeruginosa ATCC 15442 Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 6538 and Escherichia coli, Enterococcus hirae ATCC 10536 NCTC 10541. Used under dirty conditions after 5 minutes of contact, at a temperature of 20° C in accordance with the instructions provided in the EN 1276/2000, IE shows a log reduction of UFC 105 in viable count of each bacterial strain.

HYGIENE SICURA in the presence of interfering substances has fungicidal activity against Candida albicans ATCC 10231 and Aspergillus niger ATCC 16404, used to the concentration of 80% (which is the maximum testable) and 50% and under conditions of dirty, after 15 minutes of contact, at a temperature of 20° C in accordance with the instructions provided in the EN 1650 (October 2000), shows a logarithmic reduction of 104 in viable count.

On the basis of the results obtained, met the criteria of validity of wise, HYGIENE SICURA has been inspected in accordance with European Standard EN 13697 2001, namely: POSSESSES SURFACE BACTERICIDAL activity when used for general disinfection and sanitizing purposes.

Used as it is, shows a reduction in viable count of 4 log in 5 min ± 10 s, 20° C ± 1° C and dirty conditions, as the test organisms:

Applications:

Odorless Disinfectant for the rapid and efficient disinfection of all environments and washable surfaces, food production and industry transformation suitable for floors, equipment, workbenches, cutting boards, cooking vessels, vehicles and shipping containers, cold rooms, pallets, lifts, etc. Thanks to naturally occurring substances in its formulation, possesses a degreasing action useful for programs of food environmental disinfection degreasing action self control can also be used on surfaces particularly dirty as ovens, stoves, refrigerators, cutting boards, food preparation plans, mincers, slicers or knives.

Use:

Disinfectant/Degreaser ready for use: spray HYGIENE SICURA from 20-25 cm. away on the surfaces to clean and disinfect until it forms a thin layer, leave product from 5 to 15 minutes depending on the degree of disinfection to be obtained (5 min-15 min fungicide bactericidal.) dry the treated surface with disposable paper or clean cloth.

Rinse the surfaces in direct contact with food.

Degreaser/Cleaner concentrate: mix the product from 3% to 5% in water (30-50 ml. of product per litre of water) depending on the amount of dirt to be removed. Rinse the surfaces in direct contact with food.

Lundry: dilute the product by 0.01% linen at 0.02% in the last rinse without mixing the product with the washing detergent.
